Job description:

Ensure all in-house production stages (jig assembly, welding, PU painting, packaging) are inspected correctly and technically, with no defective products leaving the factory.

​

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks following checklists at each stage: jig assembly, welding, PU painting, and packaging.

• Inspect incoming materials (steel, accessories, paint, bolts, etc.) if assigned.

• Take and archive photos of critical steps (jig assembly, welds, after PU painting, final product).

• Identify and isolate defective products and report immediately to the QC Manager.

• Record production defects, summarize, and report daily/weekly.

• Assist in First Article Inspection (FAI) when assigned.

• Coordinate with the production and technical teams to guide corrections when defects are found.

• Monitor packaging to ensure correct quantity and labeling.

Job requirements:

• Technical diploma or associate degree (Mechanical/Structural/Welding).

• Basic knowledge of reading technical drawings, welding standards, and PU painting.

• Strong attention to detail, discipline, and integrity.

• Able to use a smartphone for photo documentation and perform basic computer tasks.

• No experience required — training will be provided.
